Discount codes

Customers may receive discount codes for the following offers:

Welcome Offer: Customers may receive 10% off their first purchase. This offer is available to first-time customers only. Code can only be used once. Not available for use on sale items, bundles, gift cards, or in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer.

Review Offer: Customers may receive 10% off for leaving a product review. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer or promotion.

Thank You Offer: Customers may receive 10% off as a thank you for making a purchase. This offer excludes sale items, gift cards, bundles and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer or promotion.

Body Oil Offer: Customers may receive 15% off their next purchase of eligible Palmer’s body oil products. This offer is valid on body oil products only and excludes bundles, travel and on-the-go products, and sale items. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer.

Flash Sale

Palmer's Flash Sale offer valid from 3:00pm AEST Thursday 9 July 2026 until 11:59pm AEST Sunday 12 July 2026. 25% off sitewide (excluding bundles) only online at au.palmers.com. Discount is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed. Excludes gift cards and shipping costs. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code or promotion. While stocks last. Palmer's Australia reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

Lemon Sorbet Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

The promoter is E.T. Browne Drug Co. Pty Ltd trading as Palmer's Australia.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 8 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 25 September 2026 ("Promotional Period").

To enter, participants must sign up to the Palmer's Australia email marketing list during the Promotional Period via the designated entry form.

Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses may be disqualified.

By entering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from Palmer's Australia. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, unsubscribing before the prize draw may affect Palmer's Australia’s ability to contact the entrant if selected as a winner.

There are two (2) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:

  • One (1) Palmer's Lemon Sorbet Body Oil
  • One (1) Palmer's Lemon Sorbet Body Cream
  • One (1) Palmer's Lemon Sorbet Body Lotion

The total prize pool value is based on the recommended retail price of the products at launch.

The winners will be selected at random using an electronic random draw on 28 September 2026.

The winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within fourteen (14) days, or is deemed ineligible, Palmer's Australia reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Palmer's Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Palmer's Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Palmer's Australia’s Privacy Policy and used for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing marketing communications where consent has been given.
