Palmer’s Australia’s shipping rates are:
FREE Shipping within AUSTRALIA on orders over $50 when the final product price is $50 or more.
All orders under $50 will have a flat rate standard shipping charge of $9.95.
We also offer EXPRESS POST within AUSTRALIA at a flat rate of $19.95.
We will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, however orders made in sale or promotion periods, on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and you will receive tracking information from Australia Post.
The currency of any transaction is Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
Please note, we DO NOT accept over the phone payments.
Australia Post are experiencing delays due to high volumes and Covid-19 restrictions.
The Australia Post tracking website provides the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates, and advises you of any delays while your parcel is in transit.
All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse in South Australia.

Please note: The dates provided above are for items posted to/from metro locations. If you’re sending from outside a metro area, we recommend posting even earlier.
It is recommended that you allow sufficient time before the cut-off dates to order your parcel in case of any delays.
PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are closed from the 23rd of December until the 2nd of January. No parcels will be posted out during this time. Any orders placed within these dates will be posted out in the week of the 3rd of January.
Your order should be received within 2-6 business days from date of dispatch. May take up to 14 business days due to high demand in the postal network. You will receive a tracking number from Australia Post to track the status of your parcel.

Order Confirmation Email
When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order, as well as an email when your order has been shipped. Australia Post will also send you your tracking number.
We do not ship outside of Australia.
