How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $50, and a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 for orders under $50. There is also the option of EXPRESS POST shipping within Australia, which is a flat rate of $19.95 on any order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email of confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post MyPost Business. From there, you can also enter your tracking number here to keep track of your order. If you have created an account with Palmer’s Australia, you may also log into My Account to see the status of your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, however orders made in sale or promotion periods, on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days.

Standard Shipping - Your order should be received within 2-6 business days from date of dispatch. May take up to 14 business days due to high demand in the postal network.

Express Shipping - Your order should be received within 2-4 business days from date of dispatch. May take up to 7 business days due to high demand in the postal network.

Due to current demand, Express Shipping can’t guarantee next business day guarantee delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.

Do Palmer's Australia ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not ship internationally.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order, please email [email protected] with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however your order may have already left our warehouse.
