We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition.
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily, and quickly process your request.
In order to assist in the returns process, you may also be required to provide further information, including whether you would like a replacement or refund, as well as images of the incorrect, damaged or faulty items.
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- No refund can be made for products that have been used
We will provide you with a prepaid satchel to return the incorrect, damaged or faulty product, and once we have received the returned goods at our warehouse, we will either a) send out a replacement product, or (b) refund the price of your product to your original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE: We don’t offer refunds or accept returns if you change your mind on an item.
GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
You may use Palmer’s Australia gift cards as payment for products on the site. Gift cards are only available electronically. Promo codes are available onsite.
Only one voucher or promo code can be used per order, but multiple gift cards can be used per order.
(a) From time to time we may release promo codes that may be used on the Site. These promo codes are valid only for the specified period stated, and in line with any special Terms stated on them.
(b) Certain products may be excluded from promotions
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from purchase date and are only redeemable on the Palmer’s Australia website. Any unredeemed balance that remains on the Gift Card after the 36 months will be voided and not available for use.
Palmer’s Australia are not responsible for lost or misplaced gift cards.
