Palmer’s products are made in the USA. Palmer’s products are available at various retailers, including but not limited to: Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Woolworths, Coles, Big W & Kmart.

While Palmer’s products are generally ok to use on most skin types, it is best to patch test first in case of any reaction.

Palmer’s is against animal testing. We do not test on animals, or get others to test on animals for us. We source our ingredients from suppliers who state that they do not test ingredients on animals, and we are also careful to source our raw materials from regions that do not threaten wildlife habitat.

Palmer's uses the highest quality natural ingredients in our formulas, in combination with scientific ingredients in certain products. These provide powerful benefits for the skin.

Yes, our products are safe, effective and recommended for use during pregnancy. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Stretch Mark range of products are dermatologically tested to help improve the appearance of stretch marks while keeping skin soft and toned while your body changes throughout pregnancy. As indicated, if you are experiencing any kind of adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.

Any product that is considered shelf-stable for a period greater than 3 years is not required to have an expiry date, hence why most Palmer's products do not. However, on the product there will be a small symbol that looks like a jar with an open lid, with a number on it. This refers to how long the product will last once opened. For example if the product has a ‘12’ printed on it, then once you've begun using the product, we recommend disposing of it after 12 months.

We have a number of vegan-friendly products in our range, and while we do strive to use plant based ingredients wherever possible, some of our products do contain animal sourced ingredients like milk, beeswax, honey and Lanolin.
